Windows Mail Outbox

My outbox is completely locked up. Have a large pic file in it I was going to
send. "Internet Explorer not responding", and then closes out. Any ideas?

What does Internet Explorer have to do with Windows Mail? This I don't
understand.

If you have a message in the Windows Mail Outbox that is stuck, click to
work offline and then see if it will delete. If not, see this.
