I am having the outbox problems like everyone else. I hav tried the fixes and
have gotten no where. I am recieving the same pop3 message as everyone, I
deleted norton, everything to no resolve. Any other suggestions.

You're speaking in generalities, which makes it difficult to help you.
The devil is in the details.

Everyone doesn't get the same "pop3" message. Right-click on
the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

Define your outbox problem, and what you have tried for it so far.

An unknown error has occurred.

The "554" error means "transaction failed." This is a generic response
returned by the server if an SMTP transaction failed due to too many
errors in data received from the client.

Which antivirus program are you running?

Are you connected to that server through some other internet
provider's equipment? If you are, connections to port 25 are
often blocked to avoid spammers.

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.

The ISP to which you are connected is blocking port 25 to any SMTP server
other than their own.
