Windows Mail - Other user accounts

In Windows Mail it appears that instead of setting up Profiles, you need to
create all of the Windows Mail accounts through the various users accounts.
I can get connect and send and receive from the main account, but the
supplemental accounts keep trying to find a dial up connection (which doesn't
exist because the connection is broadband.) I can log onto the internet
through the supplemental accounts. Does anyone know how I make the
supplemental accounts recognize the internet connection in Windows Mail? My
husband and I would like to be able to each download our own mail like we
currently do on the old computer.

Windows Mail, like OE before it, uses the connection setting in
Internet Explorer. For each user, open IE, Tools, Internet Options,
Connections, make sure that "Never dial a connection" is chosen.

If that doesn't fix it, in Windows Mail check the account's Connection
tab to make sure it isn't configured to override the IE default.

There is WMIDs: http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/Default.aspx

Thank you. I will try that.

Thanks for your response. I don't think that is what I am looking for
though. I was told that Windows Mail will work the same as Identities just
using the different user log-ins, which would be free instead of $14.95. :)
