Dave

I am new to news groups and after installing Vista I have found Windows Mail
and have been using it for some of the Office Programming newsgroups. I DO
NOT use this for email (I use Outlook 2007)
Simple and easy to use. I like it.
However I would like to be able access these newsgroups on my XP laptop on
some occasions.
Is here any way to get Windows Mail on a XP machine?

Any help here will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
D

No, Windows Mail can't be installed on an XP computer.
However, XP can use Outlook Express (included), or the new Windows Live Mail
for reading newsgroups.

Gary,
Thanks for the reply.
I went to the MS web site and found nothing on "Windows Life mail" only
"Windows Live Messenger".
Is that what it is called? or am I just not doing a good job of searching
the site?

Thanks. I did not seem to find that before.
I downloaded it and I am replying from my XP laptop.
All is good now :)

Thanks much

Good to see you responding successfully from "Windows Live Mail 12.0.1184".
