windows mail interface

I don't see any entry in the registry that would allow that. With Outlook
Express, you could insert a path to a html file if you did not also have the
setting to "Upon Starting go to my Inbox." In Outlook Express, the key to
alter is shown below and as stated there is no comparable key in Windows
Mail:

Registry Settings
User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\[Identity]\Software\Microsoft\
Outlook Express\5.0]
Value Name: FrontPagePath
Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
Value Data: URL or Filename
 
Hi guys,
can someone tell me if you can change the user interface for the new windows
mail.

When I open the program, it immediately goes to all the local folder.
Can you set it up to open up to the open in the so called *home page* like
Outlook express.
