Windows Mail how to open email maximized?

When I open an email in Windows Mail (Windows Vista email) it always comes up
minimized, I then need to go to the Maximize button to expand the message.
How can I set an option to always maximize emails when I open them?
 
Open a message, drag it out to the size you want, then close it. Windows
will remember the size.
