windows mail help needed

hi just got a new lappy in need of help with windows mail every time i try to
log on i keep getting this message


Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Server: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Invalid login/password pair', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

have put all the things in the right place as per oranges instructions but
still no luck
can still sign in via orange home page but would prefer to use windows mail
please any advice anybody ??????
 
I don't see any obvious mistakes in your settings.
Delete the account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account.
If no improvement, which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause
problems with Windows Mail over time.
