I am trying to log on to Windows mail and it is taking 3 hours to receive one
message. I called tech-support from my ISP and they said there is only 1
very small e-mail that I'm waiting for. I have tried restarting windows mail
and everytime it starts trying to receive this message again.!!HELP!!!

The message may actually be corrupt. As you contacted your ISP I assume the
email account you are trying to reach is your ISPs? Most ISPs have web based
mail now. Try logging into your email account via the ISP mail server (you
will probably have to go to the ISP website and select the email option for
web mail) Take a look at the mail in question and if it is of no use, delete
it. If it is important then move it to a folder. By removing this email it
may free up the system and allow you to download future mail.
