windows mail errors

My e-mail was not available and displayed message an unexplainable error
encountered and to check memory and disk space. When I checked and deleted
unnecessary files message was still the same. Can anyone help?

It is a better version of Windows Mail called Windows Live Mail. It tries to
import everything automatically. You can manually import anything it doesn't
manage to do from a file it creates showing your old Windows Mail folders.
Sorted out my problem which was similar to yours.
