Windows Mail Error

I keep getting this error when i try to use Windows Mail. Can anyone help
me with this. Thanks

Well, for starters, "yahoo" is not a valid server name.
If you have a POP mail account,

The mail server name is incorrect.
Do you have a free or a premium Yahoo account?
The free US-based Yahoo accounts are webmail only, meaning
they can't be used with Windows Mail.

If you do not have the Yahoo Plus account, then you cannot use this
with Windows Mail (WM). WM does not support website (HTTP) email. You
will need to use something like Windows live Mail (WLM) instead,

WLM does not support Yahoo webmail.
The only HTTP mail it supports is Hotmail.

Though windows mail does not support http mail there is a workaround to
getting your web based yahoo mail accounts into your Windows Mail .. just
install ypops it will treat yahoo mail as a POP 3 account.
