Are you sure you haven't changed anything?

Port 102 looks suspect.
I think it should be 110.

Tools > Accounts > your email > Properties > Advanced >
Incoming Mail POP3 > 110 (instead of 102)

Can you then explain this one?

An unknown error has accured.
Subject 'Zitra.dk :: Info',
Account: 'pop.zitra.dk',
Server: 'customer-smtp.one.com',
Protocol: SMTP,
Answer from server: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 195.47.247.201
(195.47.247.201:25), connect error 10060',
Port: 25,
Secure (SSL): No,
Servererror: 421,
ErrorCode: 0x800CCC67

- Bad translating from Norwegian to English (I'm Danish, but Norwegian is
better)

You appear to be connecting from arrownet.dk.
What is the relationship between arrownet.dk and "one.com"?
Is one of those your home ISP? When you get that error, are
you sending from home, work, or from another location?
Port 25 SMTP can be problematic when trying to use an
SMTP server that is not owned by the connection network.

Arrownet (A+) is my ISP
One.com is my webhost - Which you might know.
I've never had problems with 25 ports - I'm using the 25 port frequently.

I'm connecting from home internet.

One.com is probably blocking port 25 to any SMTP server but their own. This
is a normal spam fighting measure. Can Arrownet use a different SMTP port
with authentication?

You asked:
"Can Arrownet use a different SMTP port with authentication?"

Answer:
25 and 2525 worked earlier at yesterday, or matter of fact, I used the port
before, and it worked, the One.com Support told me to test the sending to get
an repport back, and then send it to myself (to a another mail), and I
recieved the mail...

So it should work...

Avast! 4.7 Pro does NOT block the program.

If Arrownet uses standard Internet anti-spamming policies, they
will block your attempt to use port 25 on the One.com server.

Your best workaround is to replace 'customer-smtp.one.com'
with the name of the Arrownet SMTP server.
Your One.com correspondents will never know the difference.

Gary VanderMolen

Well, it won't work on 25 and 2525 ports.

Wondering if I can use an other port like 80 and 8080 for SMTP contact?

By "it won't work" you mean using the Arrownet SMTP server?
I'd like to see the error message for that one. No reason why
it shouldn't work.

Gary VanderMolen

No, I mean using the one.com SMTP.
I can't get the SMTP adress for Arrownet.dk, because we don't know our
Customer number, and we can't find the papers, unfortunately, but I'll try
next week (they have no support at sundays), then I'll see if I can get
anything from them.

But I don't know if it's just One.com their server, that's the problem, ex.
wrong SMTP adress/port, or eventually the server is down...

On the server I use that allows port 2525 for SMTP I always yse it because
it's less likely to be blocked.

I would not expect Avast to be causing a problem.

Perchance do you have a message in the Outbox that you can't delete?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.

I just get the same error, and I've used One.com their setup for both Windows
Mail and Thunderbird (I've tried several programs)...

If nothing else, the port number in the error message will change,
so we can't really say it is the "same" error message. It is often best
to have multiple pairs of eyes look at the same data, because one
person can miss a tiny detail.

I guess you will contact Arrownet on Monday, to get their SMTP
server settings.
