windows mail doubling mail

Does anyone here have any idea why windows mail would be doubling some of my
recieved mail. I know that I have two seperate email accounts with my
provider but I have them setup that way in Window mail too?
Any Ideas??
I just upgrade my system from XP to Vista home premium.

That's probably happening because you have your antivirus program
doing mail scanning:

I get duplicates of a lot of spam because it's sent to two of my accounts.
There I receive it once from each account.
