Windows mail directories to Archive

I would like to place ALL my mails from Windows Mail to one Single Directory
and I would install Vista NEW !

(There are too may error`s at the moment)

I would like to have a brandnew Vista with the Mailprogramm.

The Directory with my old mails I would like to search only - if needed
and import perhaps a few of them.

How do I do this best?

In short: Copy all Mails inc. attatchment to a directory and be able to
use the seach funktion to find the mails again
