This is ridiculous. I can't even find a Windows Mail discussion group of the
hundreds listed. Wherever I am...Does anyone know a phone number or email I
can use to reach MSN to get help with Windows Mail? I need major help.
(please!)

Thanks all,
Leeza

If you're talking about the Windows Mail application that comes with
Vista, it's the newsgroup microsoft.public.vista.mail.

By the way, I found that newsgroup in about two seconds, using the
list of newsgroups in my newsreader. Perhaps you don't realize that
what you are calling a "discussion group" is actually a newsgroup. You
are using the awful web interface to participate in this newsgroup,
and that's the slowest, clunkiest, most error-prone method there is,
and probably why you're having difficulty finding the group you need.

Do yourself a favor and switch to a newsreader, such as Outlook
Express, which comes with Windows. See

If you mean something else by "Windows Mail" (since you posted in an
XP group, not a Vista one), please specify exactly what you mean.

Hi Ken, I've tried to find a newsgroup reader. Cannot seem to find one for
Vista mail.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

You don't need to find one. Vista Mail *is* both an E-mail client and
a newsreader. It's essentially the latest version of Outlook Express,
which I mentioned below, and works very much like it.
