Windows mail and outlook mail

Hi, trying to send email through windows mail, but the outlook mail keeps
coming up to use outlook. How can I canhge to windows mail to send. But all
my emails i recceive comes through windows mail.

Have you tried this?

You don't have to use Outlook. Manually set the default
email handler: Control Panel, Default Programs.
