Hi,

Well all going well until... I see in Windows Mail, "refreshing metadata" in
the bottom right corner of the program. It seems to be taking tonnes of
processor and not only making everything a lil slower., but its taking a
while too!

any ideas?

cheers, I had a feeling it was that lol (dunno why)

Also, I logged on to my desktop this morning and it was quick, took like 5
secs, so why its slow on my laptop I dunno. But it was last night, I havent
turned tht on this morning yet lol.

Perhaps it just needed a good night's sleep after all the hard work.

Perhaps the indexing service is still crawling around the hard drive.
