windows log on won't let me log in

When starting the computer it goes to the log on screen and password. It however will except not authorized users or their passwords and I'm unable to get passed that screen to even figure out what the problem is. Have tried shutting down and restarting. Any ideas?
 
G'Day Tiffany,

Are you aware that passwords are case-sensitive?
You must enter a password in the exact mix of UPPER
and lower case that you created it in.

Are you SURE that the password is correct??

Have you tried:
CTRL-ALT-DEL (TWICE)
log in as Username: Administrator
Password: (leave blank)?
(then FIX the other passwords.)

Boot into safe mode, log on as the administrator and reset the passwords.
