Windows' lock

First, sorry for my english, but it seems i have a bug with
the windows that appears when you try to modifie the hosts
files. I explain myself.... i have my start menu locking on
the left of the screen.. this is how i like it. but it
seems that the window need the start menu down to get
lock.. this because on my screen, when i try ti modify my
hosts file , the windows appears, getting from down to up,
but keep getting up until she desepears from the screen, so
it's impossible to answer the windows' text. As soon as i
get my start menu on it's original position, the window's
stop just upside the clock windows.....

does anyone else have the bug ?
 
Everyone that uses MSAS has this bug. PITA, but supposed to be resolved
with the next issue...
