Windows loaded up new configuration

Hello,

I was having a problem with Outlook2007 crashing, so I shut it down and
later rebooted. My system came up with a new login screen like it was a
fresh installation or a new user. All my settings are gone, including my
emails and settings in outlook. I can't find a way to point to the .pst
file I was using. I need to get my former configuration with dekstop icons
and outlook data and settings.
