Windows Load Balancing connectivity issue

Greetings,
I have configured two servers Win2k SP3+ using the
Network Load balancing service using the instructions for
single NIC. The servers are 172.30.10.179 and
172.30.10.180 respectively, and class B, for their
dedicated IP. They are 172.30.10.181 for their Class C.
They are reachable on all three IP's from that network or
from other subnets in our LAN and on the internet via a
static NAT translation in our firewall.
However, I find that when I, from the Internet, VPN
into my LAN via PPTP or IPSEC that I cannot ping, or
communicate with any of those three IP's at any level. I
have connectivity to all other systems in that subnet and
others when VPN'ed in...

I'm convinced this has something to do with the NLB's
unusual treatment of MAC addresses, GRE, PPTP, etc... but
I'm not sure. Could moving to the two NIC version
provide any solution to this??? If anyone can provide
any insight that would be great.

Does your VPN terminate on a Cisco device? You may need a static ARP entry.
