They're not gonna do newsgroups for sometime - even though they do have Live
Messenger newsgroups - it'll be something I'll be trying to do personally,
but for the time being, most of the programs have blogs and forums now.

For The Most Part, OnLine (Web Based) Services Have a History of Secure &
Reliable!

....& I Would Venture That, ISPs' Are For The Most Part, Reliable As Well,
Excepting The Occasional Outage!

Look! There's a "Track Record" For OnLine Services; Hotmail, Messenger, etc.
