Window's Live OneCare

I just bought Window's Live OneCare and I was wondering something, when I
bought it and installed it it said I had to activate it so I did but then it
ask me if I had a Window's Live ID and I didn't so I had to make a hotmail
account to get one so I did but I was wondering when you activate it and make
a hotmail account whic is used as your Window's Live ID do they charge you
something for doing this or you don't get charged for making a Window's Live
ID and activating the OneCare?

There is no charge for a LiveID and if you created a Hotmail account, the basic
account is also free.
