but there is some files that can't be scanned eller opened, I don't know what
does this means, is it a virus or spy ware, also sometimes i feel that my
computer a little slow.
I am running Windows XP home SP2 and Norman antivirus, also windows

Q. "but there is some files that can't be scanned eller opened, I don't know what
does this means..."

A. Neither do I.

Ran this today at "automated suggestion" of support. It totally trashed
Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional. Had to un-install and re-install; could not
repair.

This is not a safe utility to use. Went to post a complaint to user
support, but it appears doing that would require paying $35. Auto-suggestion
was made after reporting a crash of IE7.

Not a happy camper. What kind of SUPPORT is this????
