I want to delete a contact but save all message history with that contact.

I don't know that deleting the contact will delete the history but to be on
the safe side, back up the history file to a location other than its sub
location under My Received Files.

That didn't help. I can't copy the messages. I want to know how to copy them.

Just saying that you cannot do something is not helpful. Why can't you copy
them--what happens when you try? Did you right click the file and select
copy?

Hey George,
Email dispatched to the gmail address you provided. A setting got unchecked
and there were over 700 emails to ronplace to sort through.
