1. On the Windows messenger contact list panel> Select Help> Search Articles
for "Sharing Folders".
2. Messenger Contact window> Right click your friend (they have to be online
too)> Send a single file. File transfer speeds are subject to both your
ISP's connection rates.
3. Messenger Contact window> Right click your friend (they have to be online
too)> Setup a Sharing Folder with this person> COPY and paste the file,
from your PC, into the sharing folder.
Make sure that the file in the sharing folder is NOT the only copy of the
file. If your friend deletes the file from the sharing folder the file might
be lost to both of you.

is there a way to send a friend a complete movie that i have downloaded,
through windows-live-messenger? also can i send a full cd rather than just a
