Windows Live messenger connection problem

Hello guys ;
I'm new to this forum and i hope to get help from here
I've been suffering an msn messnger conenction problem last days.
I jsut cant send mesages all the time and friends send me and i dont recieve them and i keep disconencting and so on.
Sometiems i don't know i have a problem.it's on and online but when it's ok again a friend says i sent u and u didn't reply....i think u get what i mean.
Other times it work perfect for some minutes and i hae the problem again
I'm using Windows live messenger 8.5.1032 and i tried using new beta 9 and same problem existed.

Also i like to indicate that i have windows live mail too and it have some slowness problem too.

At the same time the LAN icon dissapeared from the taskbar while it's still working and i found the solution fo it here on the forum .1!!!!!

so what's my problem is guys ? what should i do ?
