I just accessed Windows Live Messanger, an older version, and was told as of
September 15 I can not continue until I install the newest version. Once
installed I can't sign in and get the Message "We Can't Sign You into Windows
Live Messanger... Windows Live Messanger failed because the service is
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". I've looked at "details"
and there's an Error Code of 8004015 which I've googled. I get "KB987: Error
code 80040154. Class not registered" and have followed the instructions. to
"register" msxml3.msi where upon I get a message "The module
C:\windows\system32\msxml3.dll was loaded but the call to dllRegisterServer
failed with error code 0x80070005."
I've access groups with many suggestions but nothing seems to work. Has
anyone solved this problem as it appears many people have been uable to
signin. I'm running Vista 64bit.
I'm sorry if I've posted this to the wrong groups but I can't seem to find
"Windows Live Messanger so I'm posting to General Discussion. Thank You.
