Windows live mail desktop won't install

I'm trying live mail desktop to see if I will like it, being that it will do
Newsgroups and Hotmail.. But when I run the setup it runs a bit and then
say's .... windows live desktop was not
installed... try again later.. Any ideas on how to get this to install.
Tried to run as admin...

Try posting to
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
 
If Vista, do not disable UAC, download the file to a folder on your desktop, right click the install file[Install_WLMail.exe] and choose Run as Administrator.

Tried that with no change :(
If Vista, do not disable UAC, download the file to a folder on your desktop,
right click the install file[Install_WLMail.exe] and choose Run as
Administrator.
