Windows Live Mail Desktop(WLMD)

I have 5536 up and running. It's a thing of beauty.
Just a little problem - when I try to download WLMD through Welcome center I
get a message:
"IE Requirement- add xMins:web to the HTML tag"
What does this mean?

I had that. Not sure what it means, but the program does still install
okay.
