Windows Live Mail Desktop help

Does anyone know how to import all of your folders and emails from Microsoft
Outlook to the new Windows Live Mail Desktop. When I first installed WLMD it
did this automatiacally but then I had to do a restart on my computer and
when I opened WLMD it only showed my hotmail account. I hope someone can help
me :)

Hi Wirby,
File : Import to re-import folders and e-mail from Outlook after the first
run.
Messages get imported to your "Local Folders" or "On This Computer" folder
under "Imported Folder"
