Windows Live Mail Beta

I have been a part of the Beta program for one year, I had problems sendining
and receiving messages. I decided to re-download the software from their
site, after that all my old messages were lost. My address book transferred
correctly, though.
Please help me find my Lost Folders.

Did you upgrade from Windows Live Mail Desktop to the newer
Windows Live Mail? If so, your old mail may be in a folder under
the "Storage" folders.

Thanks so much. Is n't it surprising that none of the Microsoft Techs even
had the decency to contact me for the last three days.
I am really not sure if this Company is for the long term.
