Windows Live ID error message

Today I get this message when posting:
"An error occurred while attempting to display the Windows Live ID Sign-In
dialog."
Didn't get it yesterday. Any ideas? Can it be turned off?

I spoke too soon...got the error posting the last message, even after
restarting mail. maybe an MS problem?

No telling if its intermittent.

I get this all the time, i've tried shutting down WM, also done a restart,
and it is still the same, constant not intermittant.
 
This can happen if there are multiple WinMail processes running. Shut down
WinMail and then run Task Manager and check the processes and see if WinMail
is still running. If so, end that process and start up WinMail again.

If it gets real bad you can turn off the newsgroup ratings feature under
Tools | Options, but its usually due to the fact that a couple processes are
running at once.
