My system keeps telling me that my Windows-license will end in x days, though
I have a valid Vista-copy.
I have installed SP1 in september and from that date it says
'evaluation-copy' in the right-bottom corner.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Uninstall SP1, which is a beta or Release Candidate anyway if you
installed it in September. Then, install the RTM version of SP1 which
is available via Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Center.

Apparently, you still have an old beta version of SP1 installed.
You need to uninstall your SP1 beta version, then install the
final released version.

The Beta versions of SP1 created the "Evaluation copy" subscript.
Unfortunately installation of the final release of SP 1 did not eliminate
it. In fact the final version would not install with the message that SP1
was already installed and more unfortunatley no solution.

You did not post whether or not you tried reactivation - if unsuccessful via
the Internet do so by phone option.
