Windows Kernel Wave - No Sound

This keeps happening to this computer. Sound stops. Device manager shows
yellow ! and the device error states: Windows cannot load the device driver
for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39).

I cannot stop this problem. Plesse help...

Run Windows on "repair". That will replace missing/knackered drivers
etc.
