Windows keeps rebooting after loading fullscreen

My computer contracted a virus called "Backdoor.Tidserv" which has since been
removed using Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware (while running Windows in
safemode).

While my computer was still infected, and even now, Windows was and is
having a problem being resized to fullscreen mode. The moment fullscreen mode
attempts to load, Windows reboots automatically. After some -- but not all --
of these reboots, two things happen.

1. The desktop theme is changed to the default (from Classic).
2. I get a single error message asking me to e-mail Microsoft (you know the
one). What's different is that I have to cancel this error message several
times (8 or 10), despite the fact that it identifies the same problem, which
is as follows:

-----

Error signature
BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : E2031000 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : AE910CF1 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER65a6.dir00\sysdata.xml

Does anybody know what might be happening? Any insight would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
