Hi,
I have 2 PC's of same brand (FujisuSiemen) which both do nor delete the prin
job after prinring.
The documents are still in the list of unwritten documents.

In the system32\spool\printers there are 2 jobs for each print job.
Only one can be deleted without stopping the spool service.

When th PC is rebooted the printjobs starts again - with the documents that
already are printed.
And that keeps going on on each reboot.

The user has rights to create and delte to the printers folder where the
print job que is located.

I have tried with another type of print server without any differences.
All the networking is on inner side of an D-Link DI-604 firewall with
default settings.

What is wrong?

Please help. All kind of help are received with thanks.

Go to start, control panel, printer. Right click the printer having
the issue and under the advanced tab uncheck 'Keep printed documents',
then reboot.

If that doesn't work.... which sometimes it doesn't you can do the
following. This will always work but you will lose some features such
as out of paper warnings, ink low warning, etc. This is just a work
around but if you are not worried about out of paper warnings and low
ink warnings you should be find using it.

You will want to disable bidirectional support on the computer having
the issue.

Go to start, control panel, printer. Right click the printer having
the issue and under the port tab of that printer uncheck bidirectional
support.
