windows keep disappearing

Whenever I try to bring up the Windows Registry or the
Windows Task Manager they wiindows appear shortly on the
screen(less than 2 seconds) and then the close
themselves. This makes it impossible to reach the Windows
Registry and very dificult to log off using the Windows
Task Manager. How can this problem be fixed?

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Try this to:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
