I do not know my specific computer information as it is at
home and I am at work. We lost power suddenly yesterday
and upon start up, I cannot establish a connection between
Microsoft products and the internet.

I called my ISP support (Cox Communications) and my system
is recieving data but it won't hold my ISP. It defaults to
the windows ISP immediately and therefore I cannot access
data on the interenet. How do I fix this problem?

Since I do not have email at home because of this problem,
I have to write to you from work. I can still check my
home email while at work. Please email a reply at
(e-mail address removed)

My operating system is Windows XP

Thanks!
