Everytime i start up my pop up for windows installer comes on. it acts like is trying to install something,but there is nothing to install. I can use Ctrl/Alt/Delete, but that doesn't solve my problem of the installer popping up everytime i start up....Help!!!!

Have you tried waiting for the window to complete whatever it's doing?
Waited to see if it asks you for a specific CD? Some programs installed via
*.msi files will do self-checks. Repairs are automatic if their CD or
stored files are available. If a source of files for repairs is not
available, the installer should notify and ask for a source. Since this
window appears at startup, it may belong to one of your startup programs.
