When ever i try to open ms works or incredamail, a popup
window appears trying to open windows installer program
which then tries to install MS Access 2000. If i allow
this to go ahead it ask for a cdrom containing the
install program, if i install this cdrom, is advises the
program needed is not found. if i cancel the install
program it removes the install program. i some times have
to click on cancle 3 times in order to make the install
program go away and then my program opens. I experence
this problem sometimes when i open e-mail.
Any suggestions would be appricated.
 
this happens with pretty much every office programme just
click cancel and you can use the programe. You will be
continually asked at opening the program to install until
you do. Its a problem widely experienced!
