I went to install 'Office' XP - Pro and got a message of;

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe
mode, or if Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
Contact your support personel for assistance.

Does anybody have an idea what I could do to fix or replace the installer?
Can I use my XP upgrade disk and just reload the Installer separately?
Is any thing like that possible?
Thanks...
Jay
