Hello everybody,

Please, could anybody help me. Every time I am trying to install any program
or an windows update, the following message appears on the screen and I do
not really what to do with it.
"The Window Installer Service could not be acessed. This can occur if you
are running Window in Safe Mode, or if Window installer is not correctly
installed. Contact your support Personnel for assistance."
