Hi There,

I really need help with the below any ideas ?


I got windows Vista Home Premium. I installed a version of nero that isn't
compatiable with Vista and now when i try uninstalling it , it says windows
installer has stopped working and when i try install Nero 7.5.9 it says the
other version has to be uninstalled BUT i can't get it uninstalled HELP ME !!

Try using Restore and go back to a date past the install of Nero. Had a
similar problem with Roxio 7.0, it knocked out my DVD drive.

I had that problem exactly. Using system restore would not remove it. It
took me a few hours trying and I went back to Nero. com and found the
answer. You download General Clean Tool. It listed as mainly for removing
version 6 but I had version 7.1 and it removed it completly.
