Hi I am running windows xp sp2.. I have McAfee for security and ccleaner
v1.27.260just installed 1 week ago.. I intalled a keylogger program a couple
of years ago with no problems untill recently...when I try to go into that
program I get windows installer popping up and it says find the folder
containing the installation package "MSREDIST.MSI in the box below.When I
look for it..it says it's missing. I have tried to unistall the program but
cannot get into it because the installer won't let me get to it. Any help is
greatly appriciated

You can use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to take it out of
add/remove programs and clean up the install settings for it.

Once you've done that you can reinstall it then uninstall it if you don't
want it anymore.
