Did you eat paint chips as a kid? The "icon" on your desktop is the
install application. Thus if you click it, it installs.

I'm not sure what you mean by "break" Norton. In fact, I doubt anyone
does.

Probably not. Probably English is not his first language either. I
notice you didn't answer the French portion.

I would assume it means to stop the running of the installation. A
Norton user would have to answer that.

Not really. If he is using XP he can hit ctrl alt del and stop
whatever program is running. However, if he can't even figure out
what's on his desktop he may as well just box the ****ing computer up
and get an abacus.

He could do that with Windows 95 as well.

Maybe he is someone's grandfather and is new to computers. My 85 year
old mother asks questions like that. I don't tell her to box up the
****ing computer, though.

Well, you need to tell her to get off her ass, quit playing with the
computer and go bake us some cookies.

****ing ignorant Yank. He knows whats on his desktop but as he's
French, you dumb illiterate halfbreed redneck, wording it in technical
english terms is a bit difficult for him.

It's called diplomacy. My mother taught me that.

Wash that nasty young man's mouth out with Sunlight soap.......and then you
