I need to reinstall Windows Installer on a laptop running
Windows XP Professional Norwegian. Norton Antivirus won't
install anymore and Symantec has suggested that I try to
reinstall it (windows update doesn't work properly anymore
either). Symantec said I had to contact MS to get help for
this. So here I am and I need the help
