I have an installation that is stuck in windows installer.
Everytime I double click on something, it comes up trying
to install something. How do I remove this from the
installer? Thanks.

Microsoft have a utility called Windows Install/er Cleanup. Download and
run that. In the list of installed programs that comes up click on the
program that is trying to install when the installer pops up all the time
and uninstall it and reinstall it.
