Windows installer wont work now....

Can someone tell me how to get Windows installer to work now with SP2
installed. I can't install a speller for a new NR. Should I just uninstall
Sp2 again?

I think by NR the OP means news reader.

Thanks I located the problem. Somehow those new critical updates turned it
off in Run/Msconfig/Services. :-( I'm starting to both hate and dread
these MS critical updates. :( I wish I knew which one *&^%$# up my scanner
and camera wizard.

I was trying to install a spellchecker for XenaNews. I found the problem so
that one's solved....
