windows installer starts when using counterspy 1.5

windows installer tries to install i-catcher when i try to use the scan
function in counterspy,i uninstalled i-catcher but stll windows
installer tries to install i-catcher but can't find the install
file...duh...,
after aborting the "install" i can use counterspy.
i-catcher is a security camere software prog.
