Windows Installer Starts when I try to access

Windows installer is starting up everytime I try to access
the network neighborhood. If I try to cancel the installer
it closes the network neighborhood window or shut the
program down with an error.

Any suggestions?

Hi Chris,

I know this will sound crazy but it worked for me when the
windows installer kept popping up all the time:
The next time it pops up insert your Office CD and follow
the prompts.
